Deactivating your account
If you choose to deactivate your account, you will be signed out from Gift App, and your profile will not be visible to your followers. However, should you decide to return, you can easily reactivate your account by logging back in.
To deactivate your account, follow these steps:
Log in to your Gift App account and go to the dashboard.
Scroll down to the account section and click on the "deactivate account" tab.
A modal will appear, prompting you to enter your password.
Click the "Continue" button to finalize the deactivation process.
Deleting you account
If you wish to permanently remove your account from Gift App, we understand and support your decision. To proceed with this option, please contact our support team at [email protected]. They will assist you in permanently deleting your account. Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated data will be permanently lost.
